We are aware that parking can be challenging during peak times/seasons. It is important to understand that we utilized every inch we were permitted by the Town of Nags Head. Many have asked if we can use our back yard space. We cannot. This is where our septic is located.
The GOOD NEWS is that we have an agreement with the event center just across Dove Street (south) – ‘Haven on the Banks.’ You are permitted to park in their lot when they do not have a special event. If there is an event, parking cones will block off the lot.
We also encourage carpooling! When 6 friends meet for lunch and everyone drives separately, parking will fill up fast. We are not the only business on the Outer Banks that has challenges in parking space, but hope these suggestions help the next time you drop by. Cheers!
